Founded in 2021 by AV engineer Jesus Solis, our company was built on a passion for crafting fun, meaningful, and memorable experiences, whether in a theme park, museum, immersive theater, or
one-of-a-kind attraction.
Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, we’re proud to call the Smoky Mountains home. While our projects take us across the country and around the world, we stay grounded in the values that shape how we work: integrity, gratitude, creativity, and care. We’re thankful for every opportunity we’re given, and we carry that gratitude into every relationship, every challenge, and every project.

With over 20 years of industry experience, we specialize in integration across audio, video, show control, networking, and security systems, serving the themed entertainment industry with dedication and skill. From theme parks and museums to waterparks, resorts, and cruise ships, our team has extensive experience in design, engineering, project management, installation, troubleshooting, operations training, and system repair.

Our Team
Jesus Solis
Jesus Solis grew up in Mexico City and graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Production and Engineering. His journey in audio engineering began in Orlando, FL, where he started as an Entertainment Stage Technician at Walt Disney World. In this dynamic environment, he worked alongside exceptionally skilled teams in audio, video, lighting, and control, gaining invaluable experience that led to his role as Park Audio Crew Chief. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing audio systems for Epcot, Downtown Disney, and ESPN Wide World of Sports, managing equipment purchases and obsolescence replacement planning while maintaining the systems throughout the parks.
With a growing interest in show control, Jesus eagerly collaborated with Creative Entertainment and Disney Imagineers on significant projects, including the new build of the Disney Fantasy in Germany and the refurbishment of the Disney Magic in Spain for Disney Cruise Lines. These experiences were pivotal in shaping his career and deepening his passion for creating immersive experiences.
After his time at Disney, Jesus transitioned to Alcorn McBride as a Support and Sales Engineer, specializing in audio, video, lighting, and show control for themed entertainment. His work at Alcorn McBride allowed him to not only support clients but also build strong relationships with industry professionals, further enriching his understanding of the field.
Inspired by his childhood love for theme parks, Jesus founded Theme Park AV with the goal of creating immersive experiences that resonate with audiences. He believes that the collective efforts of talented professionals in the industry can lead to the development of attractions that captivate and engage visitors. Jesus is committed to delivering high-quality projects that reflect the wonder and excitement that originally drew him to this field.
When he’s not working, Jesus enjoys spending time in Knoxville, TN, with his wife, Holly. They appreciate the local culture and the opportunity to explore their community, which fuels his creativity and passion for themed entertainment. Through Theme Park AV, Jesus remains focused on delivering innovative and engaging experiences that continue to inspire both him and his audience.
Holly Solis
Holly is a talented musician and passionate advocate for the transformative power of music and the arts. She graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2008, where she studied music therapy and vocal performance. Growing up in a musical family, Holly developed her love for musicearly on, which ultimately led her to pursue a career that combines her artistic talent with a deep desire to make a positive impact on others.
With over 15 years of experience as a medical music therapist, Holly has dedicated her career to understanding the healing potential of music. In various healthcare settings, she used music to create therapeutic environments, helping individuals express emotions, improve communication, and enhance overall well-being. Her firsthand experiences have reinforced her belief in the power of music and visual arts to inspire, comfort, and connect people.
Holly is excited to bring her unique skill set and perspective to the Theme Park AV team, where she collaborates closely with the team on innovative projects. Her role involves assisting with on-site installations, ensuring that each project runs smoothly and efficiently. Beyond her technical contributions, Holly is actively engaged in the day-to-day operations of the company. She supports the office by fostering community engagement, building valuable networks, and enhancing organizational processes.
With her background in music therapy and her passion for creating memorable experiences, Holly is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the themed entertainment industry. She believes that music and visual arts play a crucial role in enhancing environments and enriching the visitor experience, and she is thrilled to contribute to exciting new projects that reflect this philosophy. In her spare time, Holly enjoys volunteering at church, playing music, and spending quality time with Jesus, her family, and friends.
Efren Molina
Efren is an AV systems engineer originally from Mexico City. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Acoustics from the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City. With over seven years of experience, he has worked on AV design and system tuning for theme parks, stadiums, corporate venues and live productions.
He brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every project and is always willing to jump in and help wherever he’s needed. Always eager to learn, Efren is committed to staying on top of new tools and techniques in the AV world.
His project background includes the Alfredo Harp Helu Stadium in Mexico City, attractions for Grupo Vidanta and the televised production of La Voz Kids on Televisa. At Theme Park AV, Efren helps bring technical visions to life and loves being part of projects that people truly enjoy.
When Efren isn’t working, he enjoys going to live concerts, listening to music, drinking good coffee, trying extreme sports, and watching football. Since moving to Knoxville, he’s become and official fan of the UT Vols, and remains a super fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers!
